Our Mission and Vision
Mission Statement: The Lavender Project aims to provide advocacy, support, and education for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and their families in rural New Mexico, focusing on reducing stigma, increasing access to legal and medical resources, and providing peer-to-peer emotional support.
Vision Statement: To create an inclusive, supportive, and stigma-free rural New Mexico where LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and their families thrive, with equal access to legal, medical, and emotional resources, and where every person is celebrated for their authentic self.
